Now when you make a mutton biryani
1. Materials needed to simmer the mutton.
  • Mutton is either
  • A teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Three tbsp of yogurt
  • One teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • One teaspoon of chilli powder
  • Sufficient salt is needed
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
Wash all the spices, cut them to the desired size, mix them well, and set aside for half an hour.
2. Frying equipment
  • Two onions
  • Half a cup of nuts
  • Half a cup of raisins
  • Fry the onion, nuts and raisins in a well heated oil.
3. Ingredients to cook rice

  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • Cardamom cinnamon with cardamom
  • Need water
  • Green chilli 3
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • A teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Four cups of basmati rice.
 When a vessel is hot, pour ghee into it.  When the ghee is hot, add cardamom, cinnamon and cinnamon leaves.  When the water starts boiling, add green chilli coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and salt to boil. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the boiling water.
Drain the rice while the rice is in the sink

  • A small piece of ginger
  • Six Allies of Garlic
  • Three green chillies
  • A handful of coriander
  • Add a handful of pudhina leaves and fry them well.
5. Spices
  • Two tablespoons of ghee
  • 4 onion
  • One teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder
  • One teaspoon of fennel powder
  • One teaspoon of garam masala
  • Tomato-2 cups of water.
When a cooker is hot, you can pour oil into it instead of pouring ghee into it.  Once the powders are fine, add the tomatoes to the mix and stir well until the tomatoes and onions are all crispy.
Open the cooker only after the four whistle has gone well.
Or you can just turn on one and take the bowl you want to set the biryani on. Put half of the mutton on top. We can give the cooked rice on top of it.  Put the next layer of mutton, give the rice, then add the roasted onion nuts and raisins and mix it with some saffron hot milk.  Cook it for 10 minutes on low flamil. Then turn off the stove and let it stand for half an hour.
