Oatmeal is a weight loss diet.  Oats have many health benefits.  You can prepare oatmeal pudding for breakfast.  It is a healthy breakfast that is easy to prepare.  Now let's see how it is made

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of putt powder
  • 1 cup of oats
  • Boil water
  • Salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Coconut is enough
How to prepare
 Grind the oatmeal first.  Add the powdered powder to it and mix with salt and water and set aside for 1/2 hour. Add more water and mix again.  Put the powder in the cooker and cook.  You can eat it with peanuts or fruit.
